BATTLE OF THE BANDS!
10 Bands,
5 Rounds,
Only 1 Winner….
[MUSICALLY] S O U N D!
It’s the Beginning of the Year. 10 Bands are competing for the chance to be crowned Champions, but who will win?
A Feeling of Fright:
An all guy, all rocker band that believe that women belong in the kitchen and not on the stage. Not a good opinion to have since most of the other bands have female members. Their style is very Metallica meets SOAD.
Something New is Happening:
This is a very indie, electro-type band, with a male and female lead vocalist. Think the Modern and Magic Numbers.
The Human Barcodes :
Another Indie band. This time however they play slow soft music, which blows your mind. Sounds like Coldplay.
Live! Dance! Die!:
This is a very emo, punk-cabaret type band. They love to play good music which you can dance to. Influcences include, Panic! At the Disco and The Dresden Dolls.
Michelle and the Nanobytes :
An All-Girl rock band, which is often classed as pop, which, even though they are, they don’t think so. Yet they can’t quite find a class that they fit into. Sounds like The Faders and a Female version of Busted.
Wooden Chair :
Another All-Girl band, this time they are very serious about music. They Class themselves as Punk-Rock, but because of bands like Michelle and the Nanobytes, they too are classed as Pop, simply because they are an all-girl band. Wooden Chair don’t particularly think the members of Michelle and the Nanobytes because they gave this opinion. They sound like a cross between Letters to Cleo, Josie and the girl thingycats and Avril Lavinge.

Missing Finger
Emo-Screamo. Lots of upper-class kids trying to be emotional. They think that they can play their instruments; they think they are “hard-core Goth” when in reality they just look like a bunch of wannabes. Think a really BAD My Chemical Romance…
Soldiers[/b]:
Political punk-rock band who try to get very anti-government messages across to the people abput how rubbish society is, etc…. Think a more political Green-Day meets Sex Pistols.
Teenz Attack[/b]
The ultimate pop group. All of the members sing and dance, and none of them pay any instruments. Everyone loves them; Girls and boys everywhere want to be them. Except for the other competitors… They are basically clones of S Club 7, Steps and anything else you can think off… with a little Spice Girls thrown in for good measure…
Then there’s my band….
Green Liquorice[/b]
We’re basically the kick-ass, don’t give a d**n, listening to music when we should be listening to you, emo rock band from small-town USA, who have broken the norm by having a female lead singer. What do we sound like? Ever heard of a little band called Paramore?
PERSONALITIES ARE ABOUT TO COLLIDE IN…
